The Got Faith Community meets every Wednesday at 7 pm. meets every Wednesday at 7 pm. Each week a group of parishioners from St. John's, Boonton, St. Peter's, Mountain Lakes and the Church of the Saviour offer reflections on a chosen biblical topic (like bread, water, lamb of God) in the context of a service of the Word which also includes Prayers of the People and a Sermon by a priest or Deacon. The group is friendly, very welcoming to visitors and newcomers and has consistently been able to share deeply and meaningfully in a celebratory way amongst kindred spirits seeking to know more about each other and God.
Centering Prayer meets Monday through Friday at 7:30 am. All are welcome. If you would like more information or have questions, please call or email the office.
Taiji (tai chi) is an ancient martial art; but it is more often practiced for its health benefits and to improve balance. If you’ve ever wanted to try it, here is your chance. Church of the Saviour will be hosting a Saturday morning Taiji class from 10:00 to 11:30 in the parish hall. There is no cost for the class, and all are welcome. Even folks with physical limitations will be able to participate. First class will be April 2. Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. There is no registration required.
